Get in Touch With Us

This page explains how to contact the Betting Not On Gamstop editorial team, what we can help with, and what we can't. The last point matters. We publish research-based guides to betting sites not on GamStop. We are not a bookmaker, so we can't see your betting account, change a bonus or release a withdrawal.

How to reach our team

Use the contact details or form shown on this site. We don't publish an address here that we can't confirm, so please don't send messages to any address you find elsewhere that claims to be us. We do not give a response time. A real person reads each message, and we would rather reply properly than quickly.

To help us answer, include:

  1. The page you are writing about, and the sentence or figure in question.
  2. What you think is correct, and a source if you have one, such as the bookmaker's current terms.
  3. The date you saw the information. Offers and terms change, and this helps us compare like with like.

Please don't send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents. We never need them.

Reporting an error or an out-of-date offer

Bookmaker offers change often. The offers shown on this site are the bookmakers' own advertised headlines. Their terms can differ by country, payment method and account type. Wagering requirements, minimum deposits, qualifying odds, expiry dates and cashout limits can all differ from the headline. We last checked our information on 1 October 2026.

If you find a mismatch, tell us. We will review it against the operator's published terms and update the page where the evidence supports it. We can't confirm what an offer will be worth to you personally.

Problems with a bookmaker: go to them first

If you have a disputed withdrawal, a frozen bonus or a verification request, we can't intervene. The usual steps are:

  1. Contact the bookmaker's customer support in writing, so you have a record.
  2. Keep screenshots of the terms that applied when you claimed the offer, and your transaction history.
  3. Use the bookmaker's formal complaints procedure if support doesn't resolve it.
  4. Check which licence the operator holds and whether it names an independent dispute body.

Sites not on GamStop generally hold overseas licences rather than a UK Gambling Commission licence. That means UK-specific protections and the UKGC complaints route may not apply. Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them in Great Britain. Read the terms before depositing, and only gamble money you can afford to lose. For more on how we compare operators, see our guide to non GamStop casinos.

If gambling is causing you harm

If you are struggling, you can speak to GamCare, which runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133. It is free and confidential. You can also use GAMSTOP to self-exclude from UK-licensed operators, set deposit and loss limits, or install gambling blocking software. Gambling should never be treated as a source of income or a way to solve money problems. You must be 18 or over to gamble.

If you tell us you need support, we will point you to the right organisation. We aren't a counselling service.

Commercial relationships

We may earn commission if you join a bookmaker through links on this site. That doesn't buy a place in our rankings, and it doesn't stop us from stating a bookmaker's limitations. If you have questions about how we work, you can ask us here.

What we can't do

  • Recover funds or reverse a decision made by a bookmaker.
  • Give personal betting tips or guarantee any outcome.
  • Give legal or financial advice.
  • Verify your identity or manage your account with any operator.

Thanks for helping us keep these guides accurate.
